Sales function

Function of Sales, Generation to bring in sales Orders by identifying new customers for the company

Generating sales leads by making phone calls/database searches/internet searches/market research.

Identify new projects and sales opportunities with Architects & Design firms, end users, and dealer/flooring contractors.

Fixing appointments and traveling to meet customers within Singapore. This role is primarily Singapore-based, with potential opportunities for international exposure in the future depending on your interest.

Adept in sales presentations

Product demos

Identifying customer needs

Advise clients on product selection to meet project design and cost objectives.

Lead negotiations and closing orders received.

Meet sales targets.

Getting the orders executed

Liaising with procurement teams

Coordinating with the design team

Closing the sales by executing the order

Ensuring delivery management by coordinating the delivery until goods reach the customers.

Payment collection

Repeat orders by following up.

Marketing function:

Dealer management and developing sales channels.

To meet existing and/or new customers, maintain relationships, and develop potential business opportunities.

Management reporting:

To generate daily/weekly reports to update management on the progress of all inquiries and order confirmations to both internal and external customers

Ensure sales targets are met.

Gather customer feedback and develop corrective measures for management reviews.

Participates and sets up Exhibition stands.

Requirements:

Very fluent in speaking and writing in English.

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, marketing, or equivalent from a very reputed institution/university.

At least 2 years (s) of working experience in the sales-related field in the Flooring Business (Carpets/Rugs/ Lighting Industry / Construction Industry is preferred for this position.

Required Skill(s): Capable of presenting company product lines to Architects / Builders / Interior Designers / Design firms for specification work is essential.

Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Internet reporting.

Requires resourcefulness, patience, and clarity.

Experience in handling multiple products and multi-location.

Performance-oriented and target-driven approach, self-motivator, and achiever.

Full-Time and Contract positions are available.

Candidates with relevant/more experience or background education could be considered for a manager role.

A driving license is a must (you must apply for an international driving permit once you join the company)

We are looking for a candidate who is committed to working with us for at least 3 years.
