Product Merchandising Executive

We are seeking a passionate Product Merchandiser Executive that is responsible for managing product listings, coordinating supply chain activities, and ensuring seamless execution across e-commerce marketplaces. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with suppliers and cross-functional teams to support business growth and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities:

E-Commerce & Marketplace Management

Manage and optimize product listings across e-commerce platforms, including Tmall and Xiaohongshu, ensuring product information, pricing, inventory levels, and visual assets are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with brand standards.

Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and production teams to ensure timely product availability, smooth order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and efficient operational execution.

Serve as the key liaison with Chinese-speaking suppliers and vendors, facilitating effective communication on product development, order processing, production schedules, quality control, and issue resolution.

Monitor inventory performance and stock levels, proactively identifying replenishment needs to minimize stock shortages and overstock situations.

Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, operations, and customer service to support product launches, promotional campaigns, and marketplace initiatives.

Track marketplace performance metrics and provide recommendations to improve product visibility, sales conversion, and operational efficiency.

Merchandising& Inventory

Develop and manage product assortments tailoredto different retail channels (online, wholesale, pop-ups, and retail stores).

Monitor inventory levels and implementstrategies to optimize stock turnover.

Oversee sourcing, usage, and replenishment ofpacking materials, ensuring consistency with brand image and cost efficiency.

Sales &Performance

Prepare weekly and monthly merchandising reports, analyzing sales data to drive decision-making.

Partner with sales/marketing teams to align product launches with campaigns and promotions.

Visual Merchandising & Brand Alignment

Ensure in-store and online product presentation aligns with brand image and seasonal stories.

Support pop-up stores, exhibitions, and promotional events with curated displays.

Requirements/Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Marketing, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in merchandising, fashion retail, or luxury/jewellery industry (fresh graduates with strong passion are welcome to apply).

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets (knowledge of Shopify or retail systems is an advantage).

Experience or interest in sourcing, developing, and managing packing materials is an advantage.

Keen eye for detail, trends, and consumer behaviour.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking Mandarin Chinese is preferable to effectively communicate and coordinate with Chinese-speaking suppliers, manufacturers, and vendors.
