As we, we are looking for a specialist who combines deep bicycle industry expertise with strong commercial acumen to strengthen our dealer and key account network, refine our sales strategies, and optimize pricing structures.
Role Overview
We are seeking a commercially driven professional to support the development and execution of sales, pricing, account management, and channel growth strategies. The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen with relationship-building skills and has experience working within a dealer, distributor, retail, or partner-based sales environment.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can identify growth opportunities, strengthen key business relationships, support market expansion initiatives, and contribute to the development of effective go-to-market strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Business & Sales Strategy
Support the development and execution of commercial strategies designed to drive revenue growth, increase market presence, and enhance customer engagement across multiple channels.
Pricing & Commercial Performance
Assist in developing pricing structures, promotional programs, and commercial initiatives that balance competitiveness with profitability objectives.
Key Account Development
Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic customers, distributors, retail partners, and other key stakeholders to support long-term business growth.
Channel & Partner Management
Develop, support, and strengthen partner networks by fostering productive relationships and identifying opportunities for expansion and improved performance.
Market Intelligence & Analysis
Monitor market trends, customer needs, competitive activity, and industry developments to provide insights that support business decision-making and strategic planning.
Training & Business Support
Provide partners and customers with product, sales, and operational support to enhance their effectiveness and overall experience.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product, and operations, to ensure alignment and successful execution of business initiatives.
Qualifications
Proven experience in business development, sales, account management, channel management, or a related commercial role.
Experience working with dealer, distributor, retail, or partner networks is considered an asset.
Strong understanding of sales strategy, pricing principles, and customer relationship management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Must be fully bilingual in French and English (spoken and written), with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, partners, and internal teams in both languages.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market and business data to support decision-making.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Interest in consumer products, mobility, outdoor recreation, or related industries is considered an asset.
