Responsibilities of the Customer Service Sales Associates:
Engage with customers and prospective clients through genuine and personalised approach
Take the time to understand each individual’s needs, building rapport and establishing genuine, trust-based relationships
Run down available products and services with clarity and confidence, ensuring customers feel informed and comfortable in their decisions
Deliver a customer experience that reflects care, professionalism, and attention to detail at every stage of the interaction
Encourage repeat business through positive experience throughout the purchasing process
Stay informed on product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices through ongoing training and mentorship
Contribute to a positive team culture by maintaining a high level of energy, accountability, and collaboration

Who You Are:
Previous experience in customer-facing or people-oriented roles is an asset, but not required
Available to work full-time, including weekends and some holidays
Naturally engaging and comfortable speaking with a wide range of people
