Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Wireless Sales Associate to join our team representing TELUS/Koodo. Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting wireless products and services that meet their needs
Maintaining relationships with inbound and outbound clients
Demonstrate product features and perform product demos to educate customers about device capabilities and plans
Updating CRM daily
Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and meet sales targets
Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments
Maintain merchandising displays to ensure attractive and organized product presentation
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and store cleanliness
Utilize strong phone etiquette to follow up with customers and support ongoing engagement
Skills
Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse communities
Proven experience in retail sales, technology sales, or customer service roles
Ability to perform product demos confidently and explain technical features clearly
Strong organizational skills with effective time management to prioritize tasks efficiently
Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash register operations (POS) systems
Proficiency in cashiering, cash handling, and POS systems
Knowledge of merchandising principles to optimize product displays
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to upsell products tactfully
Phone etiquette skills for professional follow-up communication
Multilingual capabilities are considered an asset for engaging with a broader customer base
