Driven by innovation and quality, we are expanding our footprint and seeking a high-caliber sales professional to establish anchor accounts and scale our brand across Metro Vancouver.
Position Overview
We are looking for a strategic, results-driven Sales Representative to hunt, secure, and manage high-value relationships. In this role, you will position NeoLine as the premier composite brand by establishing anchor accounts with dealers, retailers, developers, architects, general contractors, and builders, while also serving residential clients. This is an entrepreneurial sales role with high visibility, an established retail presence, and uncapped financial upside.
Key Responsibilities
Anchor Account Acquisition: Identify, target, and close high-volume B2B accounts including stocking dealers, retail partners, and major developers.
Specification & Relationship Sales: Partner with architects, designers, and contractors to write NeoLine products into project plans and secure recurring business.
Field Business Development: Conduct on-site consultations with homeowners and builders, provide accurate project estimates, and confidently close deals.
Brand Advocacy: Proactively promote NeoLine at industry trade shows, networking events, and manage our high-traffic premier display location at Dick’s Lumber (North Vancouver).
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our internal installation and design teams to guarantee a seamless customer experience from sale to completion.
Qualifications & Requirements
Industry Experience: Proven track record in B2B or B2C sales, with strong preference given to backgrounds in construction, landscaping, or building materials.
Sales Acumen: Exceptional hunting, negotiation, and closing skills with the ability to manage your own pipeline and schedule independently.
Communication Skills: Confident communicator capable of delivering professional presentations to developers as easily as chatting with homeowners on a jobsite.
Mobility: Must possess a reliable vehicle and a valid BC driver’s license for daily travel across the Metro Vancouver territory.
Industry Passion: A genuine interest in outdoor design, architecture, and home improvement is highly valued.
