LOOKING FOR A COMMISSION SALESPERSON IN THE LOGISTICS INDUSTRY
The Sales Representative is responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities for the company’s warehousing, co-packing, and transportation divisions. The role focuses on building long-term customer relationships, generating revenue growth, and achieving sales targets through prospecting, networking, and account management

Qualifications: Previous experience in transportation, logistics, warehousing or supply chain sales is a must. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Valid drivers license and ability to travel for customer meetings as required.
Compensation: Base salary: $3,000.
Commission Structure:
· 5% commission on new warehouse business revenue
· 5% commission on new co-packing business revenue
· 5% commission on new asset-based transportation revenue (LTL)
· 3% commission on truck loads.
· 30 % commission on brokerage split
The above excludes fuel surcharges and taxes.
· Ongoing commissions will be paid if customer is in good standing.
· Commissions paid at the end of each month.
· Salary paid monthly. The first week of the following month.
Duties:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within warehousing, co-packing and transportation industry.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects
Conduct cold calls, email campaigns, networking, and customer visits
Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals
Negotiate service agreements and pricing within company guidelines
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
Understand customer supply chain challenges and recommend appropriate solutions
Serve as the primary point of contact during the sales process
Ensure a smooth transition of new accounts to operations teams
Sales Planning & Reporting
Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets (TBD)
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
Provide regular sales forecasts and pipeline updates
Submit activity reports as required by management
Market Development
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities and market opportunities
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions when required
Promote all company services to maximize cross-selling opportunities
Performance Expectations
The Sales Representative will be measured on:
New revenue generated
Number of accounts secured
Sales pipeline activity
Customer retention and satisfaction
Achievement of monthly and annual sales targets
