Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with a strong track record in delivering high-end hotel developments.This role will involve overseeing the successful delivery of 2–3 exclusive new-build hotel projects across Central London, including associated restaurant and hospitality spaces. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, self-sufficient, proactive, and confident in managing complex construction projects from initial site setup through to completion.This is a long-term opportunity, supported by a secured pipeline of premium hospitality projects spanning at least five years.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate all subcontracted trades on siteOversee programme delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and health & safety regulationsMaintain accurate and up-to-date site documentation and project recordsLiaise effectively with directors, subcontractors, and key stakeholders to ensure smooth project deliveryTake full ownership of projects, confidently leading site operations from start to finishRequirements:SMSTS certificationCSCS Black Card (essential)Strong organisational and administrative skills, particularly in managing project documentationProven ability to lead teams and uphold high professional standards on sitePackage/Rate: Competitive and dependent on experienceInterview Process: Direct interview with the company directorContract Type: ContractStart Date: ASAPIf you are interested in this new opportunity apply now
