About the role:
We're looking for an AI-First Product Designer. We're looking for someone who is genuinely deep in the AI rabbit hole and uses AI as a force multiplier across research, design, systems thinking, workflows, and execution. The kind of designer who can achieve in a few hours what traditionally takes a week, not by cutting corners, but by leveraging tools, agents, automations, and AI-native workflows intelligently. You'll work closely with the founders to design products, improve user experiences, build scalable systems, and continuously experiment with emerging AI capabilities that can improve the way products are designed and shipped.
🧠The person we want:
→ Uses Claude, ChatGPT, Figma AI, Cursor, Lovable, v0 or Bolt almost daily
→ Can turn 2 weeks of exploration into 2 hours of sharp direction
→ Can take 0 clarity and create flows, wireframes, edge cases, UX copy and specs
→ Understands SaaS, dashboards, AI products, design systems and complex UX
→ Knows components, variables, tokens, variants, states and scalable Figma systems
→ Can talk to founders, PMs and developers without sounding confused
→ Thinks in problems, not screens
🤖Bonus if you’ve used AI to:
→ Generate flows
→ Create wireframes
→ Build prototypes
→ Write UX copy
→ Draft PRDs
→ Create acceptance criteria
→ Audit competitors
→ Analyse user feedback
→ Document design systems

→ You need perfect briefs
→ You think AI is just for moodboards
→ You haven’t learned a serious new tool in 3 months
→ You only enjoy pretty landing pages
→ You avoid messy product problems
We don’t need a pixel pusher.
We need a 10x Senior Product Designer.
Someone with taste, speed, systems thinking, AI leverage.
And the ability to make complex products feel simple.
