Associate Manager ERP Package Applications

Job Description:

Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP & CRM projects, including Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer Engagement modules. • Manage project lifecycle across all phases: initiation, planning, design, build, test, deployment, and hyper care. • Apply hybrid delivery methodologies combining PMP-based governance with Agile/Scrum practices (sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, retrospectives). • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, resource plans, and financial forecasts. • Drive project governance, including RAID management, status reporting, steering committees, and executive updates. • Coordinate cross-functional teams including functional consultants, technical teams, data migration, integration, and testing teams. • Ensure alignment with Microsoft Sure Step / Success by Design methodologies and DXC delivery frameworks. • Manage scope, change requests, and contractual deliverables, ensuring alignment with SOW and commercial commitments. • Oversee key delivery streams including: • Fit-gap analysis & solution design • Data migration & integrations • SIT & UAT cycles • Cutover planning & go-live readiness • Monitor project financials (revenue, cost, margin, EAC) and ensure delivery within approved budgets. • Identify risks proactively and implement mitigation plans to avoid delivery impact. • Lead stakeholder engagement, including C-level communication and business alignment workshops. • Ensure quality assurance across deliverables, documentation, and system performance. • Drive post-go-live stabilization (hyper care) and transition to support/AMS teams.
