->Role Details

· Open For: Freshers (0–2 years) & Experienced Professionals (2–5 years)

· Location: Mumbai (In-office)

-> What You’ll Do

If you’re a Fresher:

· Financial Foundations: Work on startup financials, market research, and basic financial modeling.

· Founder Ecosystem: Gain a deep understanding of how founders manage capital (burn rate, runway, pricing strategies).

· Deal Preparation: Support investor mapping, market research, and draft compelling report copy.

· Visual Storytelling: Help design high-impact pitch decks and investment teasers using Canva and MS PowerPoint.

->If you’re Experienced:

· Advanced Modeling: Build robust financial models and execution-ready valuation analysis (including DCF, NPV, IRR, and Ratio Analysis).

· Deal Execution: Evaluate startups for fundraising, conduct comparable company analysis, and assist in drafting key transaction documents like Term Sheets and Shareholders' Agreements (SHA).

· Strategic Collaboration: Work directly with founders and investors to drive investment insights and strategic decisions.

-> Core Skills & Qualifications

· Financial Acumen: Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques (DCF, Comps, NPV, IRR, Ratio Analysis), and target market research.

· Investment Material Creation: Hands-on experience or a strong knack for creating clean, professional pitch decks and teasers using MS PowerPoint or Canva.

· Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex numerical data into clear, actionable reports.

· Analytical Mindset: Exceptional structured thinking, sharp numerical ability, and advanced knowledge of MS Excel.

· Background/Interest: A profound interest in startups, venture capital (VC), and corporate finance. CFA candidates are preferred but not mandatory.
