Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts & Finance Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in accounts payable, bank reconciliation, and bill booking, and will play a key role in ensuring smooth financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage accounts payable processes, including invoice verification, approvals, and timely payments.
Perform bank reconciliations on a regular basis to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
Handle bill booking and maintain accurate financial records in accounting systems.
Assist in preparation of financial reports and statements.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to resolve accounting discrepancies.
Support budgeting and financial planning processes as required.
Requirements:
5 – 7 years of experience in accounts and finance.
Strong knowledge of accounts payable, bank reconciliation, and bill booking.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
