About the Role
Mahatta Media Solutions is looking for a Localization Executive to manage multilingual content projects, including translation, voice-over, subtitling, dubbing, and media localization services. The role involves coordinating with vendors, freelancers, clients, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and with high quality.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate translation, voice-over, dubbing, and subtitling projects.
Manage communication with translators, voice artists, freelancers, and vendors.
Assign projects and track progress to meet deadlines.
Maintain project records, vendor databases, and reports.
Share project requirements and timelines with vendors.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution.
Ensure timely delivery and quality of all assigned projects.
Track vendor invoices and coordinate with the accounts team for payments.
Required Skills
3-4 years of experience in Project Coordination, Vendor Management, Localization, or Media Operations.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Detail-oriented and organized.

Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Smartcat AI is a plus.
