Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be a recent B.Com graduate with a foundational understanding of accounting principles, proficient in Tally, and capable of handling journal entries, bank statements, and cash transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and reports.
Reconcile bank statements and manage cash transactions.
Support in preparing Excel reports and financial summaries.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
Help in maintaining proper documentation and filing of financial records.
Respond to inquiries related to accounts and provide support during audits.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Familiarity with Excel, including functions and reporting.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills.
