About the role
We are a growing and professionally managed organization looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The role offers excellent learning exposure, a stable work environment, and long-term growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping
GST return preparation and filing
TDS calculation, deduction, and filing
Maintaining purchase, sales, and expense records
Bank reconciliation and vendor payment tracking
Working on Zoho Books for accounting operations
Coordinating with internal departments for financial documentation
Assisting in monthly financial reports and compliance activities
Required Skills:
Good knowledge of GST & TDS filing procedures
Hands-on experience with Zoho Books accounting software
Basic understanding of accounting principles and taxation
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and coordination skills
Knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
Eligibility:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
1–3 years of relevant accounting experience preferred
Freshers with strong practical accounting knowledge may also apply
