About the role
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage daily dispatch and transportation activities.
Plan and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Prepare and maintain dispatch documents, e-way bills, invoices, and transport records.
Coordinate with transporters, courier partners, and warehouse teams.
Track shipments and provide delivery updates to internal teams and customers.
Resolve logistics-related issues such as delivery delays, shortages, or damages.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with transportation regulations.
Maintain logistics records, reports, and shipment data.
Monitor freight costs and optimize transportation expenses.
Coordinate with Purchase, Sales, Stores, and Accounts departments for smooth operations.
Manage inventory movement and stock transfers when required.
Required Skills:
Good communication and coordination skills.
Knowledge of logistics and transportation processes.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines.
Pay: ₹10,806.23 - ₹15,227.68 per month
Work Location: In person
