We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Executive cum Graphic Designer to strengthen our brand presence and support our marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing
Manage and grow the company's social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
Create and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content.
Monitor social media trends and competitor activities.
Assist in SEO, content marketing, and website updates.
Track campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
Graphic Design
Design social media posts, banners, brochures, presentations, and marketing materials.
Create visually appealing graphics aligned with the company brand.
Develop creatives for employee engagement, recruitment, and employer branding activities.
Collaborate with internal teams to create promotional and branding content.
Maintain consistency in visual identity across all marketing channels.
Required Skills
Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or similar design tools.
Strong understanding of social media marketing and digital branding.
Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
Creative thinking with strong visual design skills.
Good communication and organizational abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Mass Communication, or related field.
6 months –2 years of experience in Digital Marketing and Graphic Design.
Freshers with Certification, a strong portfolio and creative mindset are encouraged to apply.
