Responsibilities and Duties
Job Description – Accounts Executive
Manage Accounts Payables and Receivables – Process vendor invoices, customer payments, and ensure timely reconciliation of outstanding balances.
Bank Reconciliation (BRS) – Prepare and verify daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.
Handle Foreign Currency Transactions – Manage inward and outward remittances, exchange rate accounting, and coordinate with banks for forex settlements.
Export Documentation – Prepare and verify export invoices and banking documents (LC, TT, SWIFT) in compliance with FEMA and RBI guidelines.
Financial Reporting Support – Assist in monthly closing, maintain ledgers, and provide data for management reports and statutory audits.
Responsible for updating data in Tally and Zoho on a daily basis.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
