About the role
Key Responsibilities
Manage and nurture relationships with key client accounts, acting as their strategic partner and day-to-day point of contact
Lead client briefings, presentations, and review meetings with confidence and clarity
Translate client briefs into actionable creative and campaign briefs for internal teams
Monitor campaign performance and prepare insightful reports and post-campaign analyses for clients
Coordinate across internal departments to align on timelines, deliverables, and quality standards
Handle escalations, resolve conflicts, and manage client expectations diplomatically
Mentor junior account executives and support team development
Requirements
2-3 years of experience in client servicing or account management
Qualification : MBA/Any Degree
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
Experience working with brand guidelines and creative review processes
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with sharp attention to detail
Pay: ₹216,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
