Job Description – Technical Business Development Executive Department: Sales & Business Development

Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and alert-minded Technical Business Development Executive to handle customer enquiries, telecalling activities, quotation generation, and client coordination. The candidate should possess strong communication skills, technical understanding, and the ability to respond quickly to customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Sales
Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, emails, and online platforms.
Conduct telecalling activities for lead generation and follow-up.
Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
Promote company products/services to prospective customers.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Quotation & Documentation
Prepare and send quotations to customers accurately and timely.
Follow up on quotations and convert enquiries into business opportunities.
Maintain customer records, enquiry details, and sales reports.
Client Coordination
Coordinate with internal departments for technical and commercial support.
Respond to customer queries and provide necessary information.
Follow up regarding orders, payments, and delivery status.
Sales Support Activities
Assist in achieving sales targets and business growth.
Maintain regular communication with customers for business development.
Support management in sales-related activities and reporting.
Required Skills:
Good communication and telecalling skills.
Basic technical knowledge or ability to understand technical products/services.
Alert-minded, active, and quick learner.
Knowledge of MS Office, email communication, and quotation preparation.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Customer-focused and result-oriented approach.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Engineering, Science, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
0–3 years of experience in Technical Sales, Business Development, Telecalling, or Customer Support preferred.
Preferred Qualities:

Positive attitude and professional behavior.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
