Role Overview

We are TrustWise Consultant and currently looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive business growth through lead generation, client acquisition, relationship management, and sales activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to achieve business targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking.

Generate leads through calls, emails, referrals, social media, and other channels.

Contact prospective clients and schedule meetings or presentations.

Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products or services.

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Follow up on leads and convert them into business opportunities.

Negotiate and close business deals to achieve sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service deliveries for client.

Knowledge & Requirements

Basic understanding of Business Development and Sales processes.

Knowledge of Lead Generation and Client Relationship Management.

Understanding of market trends and customer requirements.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Professional attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.

Experience

0-3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized university.

Experience in same or related field and Certifications in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development will be an added advantage.
