Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Business Development Executive to drive student admissions and business growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong relationships with prospective students and parents.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through calls, referrals, and field activities.
Counsel prospective students regarding courses and career opportunities.
Convert inquiries into admissions and achieve monthly targets.
Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain accurate lead records.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
Participate in educational events, seminars, and promotional campaigns.
Coordinate with marketing and academic teams to improve conversion rates.
Update CRM and prepare daily activity reports.
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Strong communication skills in Malayalam and English.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
