About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing in Rajkot. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales and lead generation, preferably in the SaaS industry.

You will play a key role in identifying potential clients, building relationships with SaaS founders, and driving business growth through multiple outreach channels.

What You'll DoLead Generation & Prospecting

Identify and qualify potential SaaS clients

Research target markets and industries

Build and maintain prospect databases

Sales Pipeline Management

Qualify leads and opportunities

Schedule discovery calls and product demos

Manage CRM and track sales activities

Move deals efficiently through the sales funnel

Multi-Channel Outreach

LinkedIn outreach (connection requests and engagement)

Cold email campaigns (personalized outreach)

Upwork proposal submissions (qualified proposals)

Follow-up sequences and relationship nurturing

Client Relationship Building

Build trust with SaaS founders and decision-makers

Understand client needs and pain points

Present tailored solutions and value propositions

Close deals and client accounts

Your Daily Impact

100+ meaningful touches with potential clients

Work closely with SaaS founders building Next.js applications

Build relationships that turn into long-term partnerships

What We're Looking For

1-2 years of experience in Business Development or Sales

Proven track record in B2B sales (SaaS experience preferred)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented mindset

Ability to understand SaaS and tech products

Comfortable using LinkedIn, Email, and Upwork platforms

Excellent follow-up and relationship-building skills

Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Rajkot, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
