Business Development Associate
About the role
We are looking for a motivated lead Generation Executive to handle leads, engage prospects, and drive site visit conversions for our residential/commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
Call and qualify leads generated through digital campaigns and portals
Explain project details, pricing, and payment plans to prospects
Schedule and confirm site visits for the sales team
Maintain lead records and follow-ups on CRM
Re-engage cold leads through regular outreach
Requirements
1–5 years of experience in real estate pre-sales or telecalling
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
Target-oriented with strong follow-up discipline
Familiarity with CRM tools preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
