Job Summary:
Jain Lifecare is seeking a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager to lead client relationship management and drive business growth through strategic account handling. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strengthening existing partnerships, onboarding new B2B clients, and coordinating closely with internal departments to deliver tailored third-party manufacturing solutions in cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and personal care.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients across Cosmetics, Pharma, and Nutra categories to drive retention and growth.
Identify and acquire new clients by understanding market needs and presenting tailored private-label manufacturing solutions.
Develop strategic account plans aligned with each client's product roadmap, timelines, and brand vision.
Serve as the key liaison between clients and internal teams (R&D, production, packaging, quality) to ensure smooth coordination and execution.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including regulatory, design, and dispatch for efficient project delivery.
Track industry trends and competitor activity to propose proactive solutions and enhance client offerings.
Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and B2B networking events to generate leads and visibility.w
Key Skills Required:
Proven experience in B2B sales, client servicing, or key account management in the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or nutraceutical industry.
Strong negotiation and communication skills with a client-first approach
Deep understanding of third-party manufacturing processes and commercial documentation
Strategic thinking with the ability to analyze market trends and align offerings accordingly
Hands-on experience with CRM tools and stakeholder mapping
Ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver under deadlines
Team player with leadership qualities to guide cross-functional coordination
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills for client pitches and engagement
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
