Robomanthan Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated Business Development Associate (BDA) to drive business growth and build strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify leads
Connect with colleges, institutions, and potential corporate clients
Promote company programs, workshops, and training solutions
Conduct follow-ups and maintain client relationships
Support sales and business development activities
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA/BBA/BCA/B.Com/B.Tech/BA preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of sales and marketing
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Location: BTM 2nd Stage, Bengaluru Job Type: Full-Time Pay: ₹22,000 – ₹33,000 per month
