About the Role

ARA Web Technologies is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive & Business Developer to drive revenue growth and our client base. This dual-role position combines proactive new business development with strategic account management. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals for our web development, digital marketing, and IT consulting services. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of sales or business development experience, preferably within the IT services or digital agency sector, and possesses a hunter mentality with excellent relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and prospect new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, social selling, and lead generation activities

Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools, meeting or exceeding monthly/quarterly sales targets

Conduct discovery calls and needs assessments to understand prospect pain points and business objectives

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close deals profitably

Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals

Collaborate with the project management and technical teams to ensure smooth client onboarding

Represent ARA Web Technologies at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions

Research market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in CRM

Upsell and cross-sell additional services to existing clients

Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and market feedback to the management team

Required Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or a related client-facing role

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Strong understanding of web technologies, digital marketing services, and IT solutions

Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new opportunities

Proficiency in CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)

Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Skills

Existing network of contacts in the IT or business community

Experience with B2B sales cycles and enterprise deal closing

Knowledge of digital marketing services including SEO, PPC, and social media

Familiarity with website technologies (CMS platforms, e-commerce solutions)

Experience selling subscription-based or retainer services

Multilingual capabilities are a plus

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

SALARY 20,000 - 45,000 PKR/month + Commission (Based on interview performance and experience)
