Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in corporate sales and possess strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.
Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 1 year of experience in Corporate Sales, B2B Sales, Telecalling, Telemarketing, Pre-Sales, Business Development, or Marketing.
Experience from industries such as EdTech, Staffing/Recruitment, Marketing, IT Services, Financial Services, Training, or similar sectors will be preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
