About the role
Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated International Business Development Executive to generate and close new business from markets including the USA, UK, UAE, Australia, and Europe — entirely through online channels.
What You’ll Do
Identify and reach out to potential international clients via LinkedIn, cold email, Upwork, Clutch, and similar platforms
Manage and respond to inbound inquiries from international prospects
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to prepare proposals
Negotiate and close projects in software development, mobile apps, eCommerce, and digital marketing
Maintain a healthy pipeline and report weekly lead/conversion updates
Build long-term relationships with international clients and identify upsell opportunities
What We’re Looking For
2–5 years of experience in international IT sales or digital agency business development
Excellent written and spoken English — non-negotiable
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Clutch, or similar platforms
Basic understanding of web, mobile, and eCommerce services
Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently
Experience with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, or similar)
Nice to Have
Prior experience at a digital agency or IT services company
Experience managing Clutch or GoodFirms profiles
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
