Business Development Executive
About the role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) with experience in IT Service Sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new clients, and driving revenue growth for staff augmentation and dedicated hiring services along with other IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities in IT services sales (Staff Augmentation, Dedicated Developer Hiring, Project Outsourcing)
Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients (USA, UK, Europe, Middle East, etc.)
Understand client requirements and propose suitable engagement models (T&M, Fixed Cost, Dedicated Hiring)
Generate leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, email marketing, cold calling, and other channels
Prepare and deliver business proposals, quotations, and presentations
Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth project onboarding
Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline updates
Achieve revenue and growth targets consistently
Required Skills :
1–4 years of experience in IT Service Sales / Business Development
Strong understanding of Staff Augmentation & Dedicated Hiring model
Experience in international client handling is preferred
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Freelancer, etc.
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Basic understanding of IT services (Web, Mobile, Software Development)
Pay: Up to ₹480,000.00 per year
