Job Title: Business Development Sales Executive

Location: Gota, Ahmedabad (Onsite)

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: Rs. 25000 to 45000 + incentives (in USD)

Shift: Night Shift (8:30 PM – 5:30 AM)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Business Development Sales Executive who will talk to candidates, guide them about job opportunities, and help them enroll in our services. This is a sales-focused role where you will also generate revenue by onboarding candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

Connect with candidates through calls, emails, and online platforms

Explain company services, hiring process, and fees clearly

Help candidates understand the benefits of enrolling with us

Follow up with candidates and maintain regular communication

Collect fees/payments as per company process

Track candidate progress until they get placed

Maintain proper records of calls, payments, and updates

Achieve monthly or quarterly targets

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any field

Good communication and convincing skills

Ability to build trust with candidates

Basic sales and negotiation skills

Comfortable working in night shift
