Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Development Executive intern who can generate new business opportunities and help drive the growth of the company. The ideal candidate will be proactive, target-oriented, and have strong communication skills to engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and convert them into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and reach out to potential customers to generate new business leads.

Make cold calls, send emails, and follow up to establish connections and build relationships.

Visit clients in person to present our services and secure new projects.

Understand client requirements and effectively communicate them to the development team.

Coordinate between clients and developers to ensure project clarity and smooth execution.

Conduct regular project meetings with clients and developers to review progress and address concerns.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain records of interactions with potential and existing clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, preferably in the IT or software development industry.

Strong communication and negotiation skills (verbal and written).

Ability to make professional presentations to customers.

Willingness to travel for client visits and meetings.

Good understanding of web and mobile technologies.

Self-motivated and goal-driven.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
