Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Assistant Store Manager to support daily retail store operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in retail sales, team supervision, inventory management, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing day-to-day store operations
Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets
Supervise and guide store staff to ensure smooth operations
Monitor inventory, stock replenishment, and billing activities
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer queries
Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards
Prepare daily sales and stock reports
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Candidate Requirements
3–8 years of experience in retail operations or as an Assistant Store Manager
Strong leadership and team coordination skills
Good communication and customer handling abilities
Knowledge of billing systems and inventory management
Target-oriented and proactive approach
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
Pay: ₹37,633.00 - ₹40,410.89 per month
Work Location: In person
