About the role
Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Generate new business leads through field visits and client meetings
Present and explain software solutions to potential clients
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Conduct regular follow-ups with interested clients
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
Coordinate with management and internal teams for sales activities
Required Skills And Qualification
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
Ability to travel for field sales and client meetings
Good customer handling and relationship-building skills
Basic knowledge of software/IT industry preferred
Willingness to learn and grow in sales
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
Minimum 1 Year in Sales / Field Sales
