About the role
Experience : 4 to 5+ years Work Location : 8th Block Key Responsibilities 1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets 2. Lead, train, and motivate the property sales team 3. Handle high-value client meetings and negotiations 4. Manage sales pipeline, leads, and site visit conversions 5. Coordinate with marketing for campaigns, promotions, and lead generation 6. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing 7. Ensure accurate documentation, booking, and CRM updates 8. Maintain relationships with channel partners, brokers, and investors 9. Conduct site visits, project presentations, and client follow-ups 10. Prepare sales forecasts and management reports Required Skills & Competencies 1. Strong real estate sales and negotiation skills 2. Excellent communication and client-handling ability 3. Leadership and team-management skills 4. Knowledge of residential & commercial property markets 5. CRM, MIS, and sales reporting skills 6. Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹66,000.00 per month
