Designation - Sales Manager
Location - Basaveshwar Nagar, Bengaluru
Salary - 40k to 95k

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share goals.
Identify new business opportunities, including residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and developers.
Oversee the preparation of proposals, quotations, and tenders.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional campaigns and strategies.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt strategies.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, including training and performance evaluations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards in all sales activities.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management review.
Key Skills:
Strong knowledge of the lift and elevator industry, including technical and market aspects.
Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Leadership skills to manage and motivate a sales team.
Analytical and problem-solving skills for market and customer analysis
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
