About the role

Key Responsibilities:

Field Visits & Leads: Identify housing societies, research legal/technical needs, target big societies Market Outreach: Generate leads via society visits, market research, cold/fresh calling Client Meetings: Pitch services to committees, explain legal processes simply Document Collection: Collect required documents from clients Deal Closure: Attend closure meetings with Managers/Team Leader. Client Management: Take regular feedback, ensure satisfaction Reporting: Update daily targets, report to upper management Coordination: Work with sales & legal teams Other Tasks: Additional field duties as needed

Requirements: Experience: 6 months – 1 year in field/B2B/B2C Language: Marathi fluent mandatory. Hindi + English good Education: 12th/Graduate any stream Must-have: 2-wheeler + license. daily travelling Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, target-driven

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
