Sales Head – Roles & Responsibilities (Premium Plots, Apartments & Villas)
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for premium plots, apartments, and villas..
Lead, mentor, and monitor the sales team to ensure high performance and target achievement.
Conduct regular training, performance reviews, and motivation programs to enhance team productivity.
Prepare annual sales budgets, forecasts, and business plans aligned with organizational goals.
Coordinate with marketing, CRM, legal, finance, and project teams to ensure seamless customer experience and sales operations.
Ensure timely follow-up on leads, customer queries, documentation, and project updates.
Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients, channel partners, and investors.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities and improve sales performance.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
