Job Title: Performance Marketing Intern
Location: Jaipur (Work from Office)
Duration: 6 Months Minimum
Role Overview
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Intern who already has hands-on understanding of running ads on Meta and Google. This role is for someone who can execute, not just learn from scratch.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, set up and manage ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
Monitor campaign performance on a daily basis and take optimization actions
Work on audience targeting, budgeting, bidding strategies, and scaling campaigns
Analyze campaign data and identify areas of improvement
Coordinate for ad creatives, copies, and landing pages
Maintain performance reports and track KPIs
Requirements
Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (campaign setup + optimization)
Clear understanding of performance marketing metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversions)
Ability to analyze data and take independent decisions
Good command over Excel/Google Sheets
Serious about building a career in performance marketing
Strictly for
