About the role
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter + HR Executive who can handle end-to-end recruitment along with day-to-day HR operations. The candidate should be proactive, organized, and capable of managing both hiring and employee lifecycle activities.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Understand hiring requirements from department heads
Draft and post job openings on job portals, social media & referrals
Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other portals
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate technical rounds
Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
Manage offer letters, negotiation, and joining formalities
Maintain recruitment trackers and reports
HR Operations & Administration
Handle employee onboarding and induction process
Maintain employee records (personal files, attendance, leave, payroll data)
Manage attendance, leave management, and HR MIS
Issue appointment letters, confirmation letters, experience letters, and relieving letters
Support payroll inputs and coordination with accounts team
Ensure compliance with company HR policies
Employee Engagement & Compliance
Act as a point of contact for employee HR queries
Assist in performance review coordination
Support employee engagement activities
Ensure discipline and adherence to company policies
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate / MBA in HR or related field
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,433.49 - ₹40,264.38 per month
