As the Senior Manager - International Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the international growth trajectory of IN - NOVATEUR ELECTRICAL & DIGITAL SYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED (NEDS). Your primary focus will be on identifying and tapping into new customer segments and markets, particularly in the Middle East, Fareast, and African regions. This role demands a strategic mindset and a deep understanding of international business dynamics to navigate the complexities of global expansion.

Develop and implement international marketing strategies, with a focus on the Middle East and emerging markets.

Identify and target new customer segments and markets, particularly in Iraq, Saudi, Lebanon, Fareast, and select African countries.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.

Travel to target markets to establish and strengthen business connections and partnerships.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, providing insights for strategic decision-making.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

Oversee the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns, utilizing MS Office and Excel for data analysis.

Monitor and analyze market performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

Provide regular reports and updates to senior management, highlighting key achievements and challenges.

Mentor and guide the international marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in international business, with a strong focus on the Middle East market.

Proven track record in developing new customers and markets, particularly in the specified regions.

Excellent communication and customer relationship skills, with the ability to build strong networks.

Proficiency in digital marketing strategies and tools, including MS Office and Excel.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Flexibility and willingness to travel extensively for business purposes.

A results-driven mindset with a passion for driving international growth.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Additional qualifications or certifications in international business or marketing are preferred.
