Role Overview
We are seeking a Social Media Marketing Specialist (Instagram-focused) to manage and grow our brand’s presence on Instagram. The ideal candidate will create engaging content, analyze performance metrics, and foster community engagement to drive brand awareness and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop Instagram strategies: Create and implement campaigns to increase visibility and engagement.
Content creation: Design posts, reels, and stories aligned with brand voice.
Analytics & reporting: Track KPIs (reach, engagement, conversions) and optimize campaigns.
Community management: Respond to comments/messages, engage followers, and build relationships.
Trend monitoring: Stay updated on algorithm changes, hashtags, and viral content.
Influencer collaboration: Partner with creators to reach.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Instagram algorithms, reels, and stories.
Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop) and video editing apps.
Analytical mindset with experience in Instagram Insights, Meta Business Suite, or third-party analytics tools.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
Ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably with Instagram specialization.
Proven track record of growing Instagram accounts and delivering measurable results.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
