Digital Marketing Manager
About the role
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple online channels. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, creativity, and experience managing digital marketing strategies that support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Manage campaigns across search engines, social media, email, display advertising, and content marketing.
Optimize website traffic, conversion rates, and customer acquisition efforts.
Conduct SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing) activities.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools.
Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively.
Create and oversee content calendars and digital marketing assets.
Collaborate with design, content, sales, and product teams.
Perform market research and competitor analysis.
Generate reports and present insights to management.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
3–7+ years of experience in digital marketing agency is mandatory.
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
Experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.
Familiarity with advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools.
Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
