Senior Executive /Assistant Manager- Marketing
About the role
Position: Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager - Marketing Location: Pimple Nilakh, Pune
Job Purpose:
To develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to promote oncology day care services, increase patient footfall, build strong referral networks, and enhance the brand presence of the centre in the healthcare market in Goa location.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning & Business Development
Develop and execute annual marketing plans aligned with organizational goals.
Identify new business opportunities, referral channels, and partnership prospects.
Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and patient demographics.
Plan expansion strategies for increasing service reach.
2. Doctor & Referral Network Development
Build and maintain relationships with referring doctors, clinics, hospitals, and diagnostic centres.
Conduct regular visits to physicians and healthcare professionals.
Organize CME programs, medical camps, and awareness initiatives.
Ensure continuous engagement with oncology consultants and specialists.
3. Corporate & Institutional Tie-ups
Develop relationships with corporate companies, TPAs, insurance providers, and NGOs.
Initiate corporate health programs and oncology awareness sessions.
Explore empanelment opportunities with government and private organizations.
4. Revenue & Performance Monitoring
Track monthly targets, patient inflow, and revenue growth.
Prepare marketing performance reports and MIS.
Monitor ROI of marketing campaigns and optimize strategies accordingly.
5. Team Coordination
Coordinate with doctors, operations and front desk teams.
Guide and supervise marketing executives, if applicable.
Ensure compliance with healthcare marketing ethics and regulations.
6. To perform any other duties assigned from time to time.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Experience:
Healthcare Marketing: 2 years (Preferred)
