About the role
Develop and execute media strategies across paid digital channels including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, Programmatic, and other performance platforms.
Plan, manage, and optimize advertising budgets to maximize ROI, ROAS, lead generation, conversions, and customer acquisition.
Create comprehensive media plans based on client objectives, target audience insights, market trends, and competitive analysis.
Monitor campaign performance daily and implement optimization strategies to improve KPIs such as CPC, CPL, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
Lead performance marketing campaigns across multiple client accounts while ensuring timely delivery and achievement of campaign goals.
Analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights through platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, Meta Business Manager, and Google Ads.
Collaborate with creative, content, and account management teams to develop high-performing ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign assets.
Prepare client reports and presentations, showcasing campaign performance, insights, recommendations, and future growth opportunities.
Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging advertising technologies to maintain a competitive advantage for clients.
Mentor and manage junior performance marketing executives, ensuring best practices, process adherence, and continuous team development.
