Digital Marketing Relationship Manager
About the role
We are looking for a client-focused and growth-driven Digital Marketing Relationship Manager to build strong business relationships and help clients achieve their marketing goals through effective digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and prospects.
Understand client business objectives and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.
Promote services including Google Ads, SEO, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, and Lead Generation.
Manage client communications, follow-ups, meetings, and account growth opportunities.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize client success.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Requirements:
Experience in Digital Marketing Sales, Client Relationship Management, Business Development, or Account Management.
Strong understanding of digital marketing services and online business growth strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Ability to build trust, maintain relationships, and drive business growth.
Preferred: Candidates with experience in Digital Marketing Agencies, Advertising Agencies, Performance Marketing Firms, or IT Services Companies.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
