About the Role
We are hiring a Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy and execution for a well-established, regulated UK law firm with a strong reputation for legal expertise and a forward-thinking approach. Our clients are primarily UK businesses across a range of industries, and this role exists to elevate the firm’s presence in the legal market, deepen client engagement, and drive business growth.
This is a senior individual contributor and team-building role. You will shape our brand identity, drive digital and content marketing, run targeted outreach campaigns, and build the marketing function from the ground up. You will have direct ownership of marketing outcomes, working in real-time alignment with a UK-based leadership team that values initiative, creativity, and measurable impact.
What You’ll Be Doing
Developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to grow brand visibility and client acquisition
Leading the recruitment and management of a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment
Driving digital marketing - SEO/SEM, website optimisation, email campaigns, and social media
Designing and running targeted outreach campaigns: cold outreach, data-led prospecting, leveraging existing client data, networking events, video content, and influencer collaboration
Overseeing content production - articles, whitepapers, case studies, thought leadership, press releases, interviews, and media coordination
Collaborating with key stakeholders on pitches, proposals, and client-facing marketing materials
Implementing performance tracking and reporting frameworks to monitor metrics and measure campaign ROI
Analysing market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation
Managing marketing budgets and allocating resources for maximum impact
Providing regular reporting and insight to senior (UK) management
Required Experience
Proven experience in a marketing leadership or senior marketing role, ideally within professional services
Strong command of digital marketing channels and tools, with a track record of successful campaigns
Strong strategic planning and analytical skills - able to translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans
Demonstrated success building or leading a high-performing marketing team
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in English, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
A creative thinker with a genuine appetite for innovation and continuous improvement
Results-oriented, with a focus on measurable outcomes
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or a related field
MBA or additional qualifications in Digital Marketing preferred
How We Work
Office-based, UK hours. You work from our office at Technopark, Trivandrum - on full UK business hours, giving you complete real-time overlap with the UK team for live briefings, reviews, and decisions. You own marketing. Strategy, execution, team, and outcomes - this is your function to build and run.
