Manage Cisco phone, Codec, Polycom configurations.
Create, Delete, edit a conference room using Room Management Portal with Administrator access.
Manage MTR room commissioning and enroll them into production.
Provide support for Microsoft Teams application specific issues, Microsoft Teams Rooms meeting issues and Audio and Video conferencing issues.
Enterprise Voice feature configuration, assignment and routing using PowerShell scripts and Admin Center.
Skilled in handling Microsoft Teams Room setup, configuration, alert monitoring using MTRP portal.
Acquired knowledge and hands-on experience in managing Teams Admin Center, O365 Admin Center.
Conducted root cause analysis for service interruptions, resolving issues in Unified communications and Microsoft Teams platforms.
Supported multiple maintenance activities with server and voice device backups, validations.
Manage knowledge articles content, template and expiration
Pay: ₹321,219.77 - ₹700,000.55 per year
