About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Relationship Manager / Equity Advisor who can build long-term relationships with clients while driving business growth. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a thorough understanding of financial markets, and the ability to identify investment opportunities aligned with clients' financial goals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Understand client financial objectives and provide suitable investment and market-related guidance.
Generate revenue through client acquisition, portfolio expansion, upselling, and cross-selling of financial products.
Monitor market trends and communicate relevant investment opportunities to clients.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through regular engagement and prompt issue resolution.
Achieve assigned business and revenue targets while maintaining compliance with company policies.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client servicing and account management.
Desired Candidate Profile
4–6 years of experience in Relationship Management, Equity Advisory, Wealth Management, or Financial Services.
Strong knowledge of stock markets and investment products.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage client relationships and achieve revenue targets.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and customer-centric approach.
