Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell our building material products, develop new business opportunities, and strengthen relationships with customers, contractors, builders, architects, distributors, and dealers. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, market knowledge, and the ability to drive revenue growth in the construction and building materials sector.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction and building materials market.
Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
Visit construction sites, builders, contractors, architects, consultants, and dealers to promote company products.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and pricing agreements.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
Monitor customer requirements and provide appropriate product solutions.
Follow up on payments and coordinate with the accounts team for collections.
Marketing Responsibilities
Execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market penetration.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.
Organize product demonstrations, promotional activities, exhibitions, and dealer meets.
Develop and maintain relationships with architects, engineers, consultants, and key influencers.
Support digital marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns and lead generation activities.
Gather market intelligence and provide regular feedback to management.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and business opportunities in CRM systems.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Track competitor pricing, products, and market activities.
Forecast sales and provide market insights to management.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
2–5 years of sales and marketing experience in building materials, construction products, cement, steel, tiles, paints, pipes, sanitaryware, hardware, or related industries.
Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
Knowledge of construction and building material products.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Strong presentation and customer service skills.
Willingness to travel extensively for customer visits and site inspections.

Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 2–5 Years Industry: Building Materials / Construction Materials Salary: As per industry standards and experience.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
